For Crew

  • Click here to register and submit your CV.

  • None at all.

  • Deck, Engineering and Interior positions on yachts, as well as land-based hospitality roles.

  • The qualifications required vary by position but generally include STCW Basic Safety Training and a valid Seafarers Medical. Specific roles may require additional specialised training or certifications.

  • Ensure your CV is up-to-date, neatly formatted, and highlights your relevant experience and training. Personalising your application to the role you're applying for can also make a significant difference. Read more in our blog post here.

For Captains

  • Personal interviews are conducted which delve into their work history and work ethic in order to fully understand the candidate. We also carry out a reference check and a certification check.

  • Once we receive a job order, a contract will be sent detailing the terms and conditions.

    The more information we receive about the yacht, the crew and the programme, the more it helps us find the right crew member for you.

    We then get straight to work finding the right candidate to fit in with your crew and programme.

  • This depends on many factors but we believe in quality over quantity. We will never flood your inbox with unsuitable candidates for the role you are looking to fill.

  • Absolutely!

  • If a permanent placement does not work out within 3 months of starting, we will find you a replacement free of charge. This is all set out in our terms and conditions.

  • As much information as possible about your ideal candidate and what your expectations are. This helps us to ensure we don’t waste your time sending you CV’s of unsuitable candidates.
